Leading iGaming content provider Spinomenal has released 3 Shadow Wolves, a 5×3 slot that sends players into the dark woods after a pack of glowing-eyed predators.
3 Shadow Wolves takes place in a night forest ringed by bare trees, where three colour-coded wolves loom above the reels while a brooding soundtrack and the echoing click of every spin hold the tension of the game.
A carved wolf tooth does the work of the Wild. It stands in for everything except the Bonus, BOOST, COLLECT, MULTI and Jackpot symbols. Five on a line pay x10 the bet, four pay x2 and three pay x0.5, though three- and four-Wild combinations only pay when a Bonus or Special Bonus symbol follows them.
Owls, foxes, stags and cobras fill out the rest of the grid alongside the royals. Three wolves watch the reels from above, and each one owns a colour. Green is BOOST. When it lands in the Bonus Game it picks a random value based on x2, x3, x4, x5, x7 or x10 of the player’s bet, adds that to every symbol on show, then keeps the value for itself.
Red is MULTI, drawing a multiplier of x2, x3 or x5, applying it across the board before taking its own value from the result. Blue is COLLECT, and it does what the name suggests: it sweeps the values of every Bonus symbol on the reels into a single prize. There is a fourth moon as well.
The MYSTERY symbol turns up only inside the Bonus Game and can become any of the three, or a Jackpot symbol. Six or more qualifying symbols trigger the Bonus Game. Whatever triggered it stays locked in place while three spins begin, and from that point only Bonus and Special Bonus symbols can land.
Empty spots may award x1, x2, x3, x4, x5, x7 or x10 of the bet. Any new symbol pushes the counter back to three. Which wolf features are live depends on what showed up on the triggering spin, or on what a Mystery symbol reveals later on. Jackpot symbols pay the Mini at x20, the Minor at x50 and the Major at x150. Cover all 15 cells and the Grand Jackpot pays x3,000 the total bet. The feature closes after three spins without a new symbol, or when the grid fills, or when that x3,000 ceiling is hit.
The Bonus Blast Feature can fire at random during the base game, but only once Special Bonus symbols have been collected on earlier spins. Each type is tracked separately. When it activates, extra Bonus and Special Bonus symbols of that type spread across the reels until there are enough of them to open the Bonus Game.
Spinomenal CO-CEO, Omer Henya commented:
Wolves make for a strong slot character, so we gave each one of ours a job to do. Players work out quickly which colour they want to see land, and no two Bonus Games play the same way because of it. Fill the grid and there is x3,000 waiting at the end of the hunt.
