Relax Gaming has announced a strategic partnership with DraftKings, bringing its extensive portfolio of online casino games to players in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Ontario.
This deal marks a significant milestone in Relax Gaming’s expansion across regulated markets in the U.S. and Canada, reinforcing its presence in North America.
As part of the agreement, DraftKings will integrate Relax Gaming’s titles into its platform, expanding its gaming catalog and providing players with access to a wider selection of high-quality content.
The partnership comes amid a period of notable activity for both companies. DraftKings recently reported $4.8bn in revenue for FY2024, reflecting a 30.1% year-on-year increase. However, despite its revenue growth, the company posted a net loss of $507.3m, an improvement of 36.8% compared to the previous year. A key milestone for DraftKings was reaching its first positive adjusted EBITDA of $181.3m, a sharp turnaround from the $151m loss in 2023. Looking ahead, DraftKings has projected continued success, with 2025 revenue guidance between $6.3bn and $6.6bn.
Relax Gaming has also seen major achievements in early 2025, most notably its nineteenth Dream Drop Mega Jackpot win. In this latest event, a Paraguayan player won an impressive €2.9m ($3m) from a €2 bet on Beellionaires Dream Drop, further cementing Relax Gaming’s reputation as a provider of highly rewarding slot experiences.
