A class-action lawsuit has been filed in the United States against Stake.us, rapper Drake, and streamer Adin Ross over alleged illegal iGaming activity in the state of Missouri.

Missouri resident Justin Killham filed the complaint in the Jackson County District Court against Sweepsteaks Limited, the parent company of Stake.us. According to the plaintiff, the Stake.us sweepstakes casino was allegedly created as a clone of Stake.com, designed specifically to bypass Missouri’s ban on online casino gambling.

Both Drake and Adin Ross are accused of promoting the operator through livestreams and social media campaigns, where they reportedly showcased gameplay using site-provided balances rather than their own funds, misleading viewers about the nature of the platform’s activities.

The lawsuit seeks refunds for all losses incurred by Missouri residents over the past five years, financial penaltiesfor the defendants, and a permanent injunction to halt the operator’s activities within the state.
