Leading iGaming content provider Spinomenal has added a new title to its Wildlife series with the release of Majestic Kong.
Majestic Kong leads players deep into a shadowy jungle, where crumbling stone ruins and torchlit mist wrap around the 5×3 reels. Carved tiki royals share the reels with gorilla skulls, drums, jungle blooms and dragonfly-tipped spears. At the centre of it all is the roaring gorilla, which acts as the Wild and stands in for every symbol apart from the Double Symbols, Free Spins and Bonus. Land five on a winning line and the payout reaches x200 the line bet.
A compass marks the Free Spins symbol, and landing three or more of them scattered on the reels opens the feature. Before it starts, players give the Wheel of Fortune a spin, which determines how many free spins are on offer, anywhere from 10 to 40, and locks in the symbol that pays double for the round. Throughout the free games, one of the four medium symbols is always a double.
The golden gorilla is the beating heart of the Bonus game, and three of them scattered on the reels sets it in motion. Players begin with three spins and an empty meter to fill. Scattered winning symbols fill the metre, with every five collected lighting up a new cell and increasing the prize. A +1 symbol awards an extra spin, extending the feature even further. Once all spins have been used, the final prize is determined by the highest cell reached on the metre.
Two more features can appear mid-spin. Stacked Wilds sends extra Wilds tumbling onto the reels to raise the chance of a win, and the Only Double Symbols feature can flip the entire grid so every symbol shows in its double form. Since each double counts as two on the payline, a single trigger can turn a quiet spin into a busy one.
