William Hill has launched its major betting offer ahead of The Masters, giving punters the opportunity to claim Money Back as a Free Bet (up to £50) should Rory McIlroy win in Augusta this week.
The offer is available on punters’ first bet placed on The Masters from today (Wednesday), after opting-in to the offer. The offer is available until 6pm BST on Thursday, a few hours after the action gets underway in the first golf Major of the year.
McIlroy is currently the 11/2 second-favourite with William Hill to clinch the Green Jacket and complete his career Grand Slam, behind leading contender and defending champion Scottie Scheffler (9/2). McIlroy’s 11/2 price represents his shortest odds heading into the Masters across the last 12 years.
More than a fifth of stakes in the market have been placed on McIlroy, making the Northern Irishman the biggest liability for the leading bookmaker.
