Lotte Tour Development revealed that Jeju Dream Tower’s March rebound was robust, as casino sales surged 24.3% year-over-year and 23.8% month-over-month to KRW40.4 billion (US$26.7 million).
Improved performance from both table games and slot machines aided in the recovery as the previous month had yielded much lower performance.
Table Game Revenue was up by 24.0% to KRW38.4 billion (US$25.4 million); whereas, Machine Revenue rose by 30.3% to KRW2.05 billion (US$1.35 million). Hotel Revenue also increased significantly during March, with revenues up 43.3% from last year, coming in at KRW5.88 billion (US$3.88 million).
Casino Visitation reached 53,587 during March—the highest since October—while Table Drop increased 19.6% to KRW188.9 billion. Increased Visitation and Gaming Activity bodes well for Jeju Dream Tower as it looks forward to a continued surge in the second quarter of 2023.
For the first quarter of 2026, Casino Revenue Increased 40.3% Year-over-Year, accumulating KRW118.6 Billion (US$78.4 Million). Table Games revenues led the surge forward as they increased by 41.5%, totaling KRW112.9 Billion (US$74.6 Million), while Machine Sales were up by 19.6% to KRW5.67 Billion (US$3.75 Million). Hotel Revenue was up 27.9% compared to 2022 totals, coming in at KRW18.0 Billion (US$11.9 Million).
