Gambling.com Group has officially rebranded as Grandstand Limited. The transition from Gambling.com Group to Grandstand Limited signals its transformation from a gambling affiliate firm into a sports, media and technology business.
This transformation occurred on July 23, as the company now has the stock exchange ticker GRSD.
Chief Executive Officer and co-founder Kevin McCrystle said:
The new name reflects who we are today after an already significant evolution of our business. Grandstand better describes our position as the intelligence layer powering informed decisions for consumers and partners across sports, gaming and entertainment. There have never been more interesting opportunities in front of us, and we are excited for what’s ahead.
This milestone shows how far the firm has come since its public listing in 2021. However, the Gambling.com website will remain fully operational under the new corporate name, despite the change in identity.
The company is now widely diversified. It expanded through various acquisitions and product development over the years, and it currently possesses several consumer brands, namely Gambling.com, Casinos.com, WhichBingo, OddsJam and RotoWire.
The name change also creates a clearer distinction between the listed company and one of its most popular consumer brands. While Gambling.com will continue operating under its established name, Grandstand becomes the umbrella identity for a portfolio that management says now extends well beyond gambling affiliate marketing.
