LCKY Group has agreed to acquire Danish iGaming operator RoyalCasino, strengthening its position in one of Europe’s more established regulated markets.
The acquisition adds RoyalCasino to LCKY Group’s portfolio, which already includes LuckyCasino, HappyCasino, Vera&John, and FlaxCasino. The group also owns B2B gaming supplier Swintt and investment arm Glitnor Ventures.
LCKY said the transaction is expected to immediately boost earnings, with projected increases of 18–20% in group revenue and 29–31% in EBITDA.

The acquisition follows LCKY Group’s recent expansion into Spain through the launch of its LuckyCasino brand in April.
